Although we strive to minimize size discrepancies during quality control, there may be a size variance of:

If your order is returned to us after approximately 7 days because it was not collected, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the purchase price to cover processing costs.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the postal service or shipping carrier. If they confirm the package was lost in transit, request written confirmation and send it to us.
Our products are shipped from various distribution centers in Asia, America, and Europe. Orders are dispatched from the warehouse where inventory is available to ensure efficient processing and delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
