Shipping Policy
Rovena works with local courier services, allowing products to be delivered directly to your home or local post office.
Your payment is charged at the time you place your order, and all payments must be verified and approved before shipment. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Shipping
We begin processing your order immediately after it is placed. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes (including address changes) once an order has been submitted. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. You will only be charged for the products shipped, along with any applicable shipping charges and taxes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Deliveries are made on business days only and not on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days. However, some products may require additional processing time, particularly during holiday periods or when your order contains high-demand products with limited availability. Orders are shipped as soon as inventory availability has been confirmed.
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different days due to differences in the locations of our fulfillment partners.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, your order is generally shipped within 1–2 business days.
Average delivery time: 6–9 business days.
Please note that the timeframes above are estimates only. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Rovena is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to postal delays, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, demonstrations, or other unforeseen events. Such disruptions may result in delays beyond the originally estimated delivery timeframe.
What If the Estimated Delivery Time Has Passed?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur during transit.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
